Symptoms

You should see your doctor if you have any of the following symptoms of thyroid cancer:
- A single nodule or area of thyroid enlargement.
- A lump in the front of the neck that moves up and down with swallowing.
- Pain or a pressure feeling in the neck.
- Hoarseness or trouble speaking.
- Trouble with swallowing.
