Symptoms

You should see your doctor if you have any of the following symptoms of thyroid cancer:

  • A single nodule or area of thyroid enlargement.
  • A lump in the front of the neck that moves up and down with swallowing.
  • Pain or a pressure feeling in the neck.
  • Hoarseness or trouble speaking.
  • Trouble with swallowing.
