Don’t Forget To Eat Before The Big Game


Athletes are cheating themselves when they skip meals before contests or early-morning workouts. The lack of food lowers the level of stored energy in their bodies, and can leave them without the proper amount of sugar in their bloodstream for their muscles. Try eating one to three hours before your event, which gives your body time to digest the food before the competition.
